From Naples Airport: <br> Go left out of airport exit. <br> Turn right (south) onto Airport Road. <br>Turn right onto Davis Boulevard (Turn Route 84). <br> Take Davis Boulevard to the end, the road ends at US-41. <br> Turn right (west) onto US-41 (also known as Tamiami Trail). <br> Stay to the left and continue forward onto Fifth Avenue (US-41 will make a sharp turn to the right). <br> Continue on Fifth Avenue for 1/2 mile to Third Street South and turn left. <br> Hotel Escalante entrance is the next right after making the turn onto Third Street South.<br> <br> From Miami/Ft. Lauderdale: <br> Take I-75 (Alligator Alley) to Exit 101. <br> Turn left onto Route 951 South. <br> Turn right onto Davis Boulevard (Route 84). <br>Take Davis Boulevard to the end, approximately 6.5 miles, the road ends at US-41. <br> Turn right (west) onto US-41 (also known as Tamiami Trail). <br> Stay to the left and continue forward onto Fifth Avenue (US-41 will make a sharp turn to the right). <br> Continue on Fifth Avenue for approximately 1/2 mile to Third Street South and turn left.<br> The Hotel Escalante entrance is the next right after making the turn onto Third Street South.<br>
